Service is pathetic

Asked for a quote on monday 9 October 2017 by wednesday 11 October still no quote, eventually got quote made payment and sent pop through so delivery could be made on friday.

Today i phone early in the morning and ask where my stock is , was assured i will be phoned shortly with news on my stock at 14:00 still no answer on where my stock is.

Phoned again o mam sorry but your stock will be there tomorrow, service is just pathetic, how can stock take almost a week to get to you.
