I made a booking,paid deposit then they cancelled my reservations after a month of me booking, because they had ''BIGGER SPENDERS'' who happened to book the same unit I've already booked, the receptionist is rude as she addressed me as 'SISTERS', SO I HEAR SHE IS THE SISTER OF THE OWNER THATS WHY CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT A PRIORITY TO HER,so they cancelled my booking because someone with a lot of money booked,and they took their time with refunding me,i had to make follow ups as if im desperate.,i will never recommend such places to anyone as money is more important to them than customer satisfaction.
