Sheyda Persian Carpets

<div>I am warning prospective buyers to not purchase from Sheyda Persian Carpets. +++++ . On 15 May 2024 I saw a carpet advertised on Facebook Marketplace. Made contact with seller. Immediately told to go have a look at reviews on hellopeter. Searched the company registration on CIPC and seemed legit. Received carpet certificate and invoice promptly with a request to pay with clearance immediately with sale ending . Made payment for R13000 on 17 May. By the Saturday the false promises started. Courier guy did not have a driver they will come monday. Monday they did come here is a tracking slip. Illegible and unclear. Please send a clear one. By tuesday the excuse was they have a courier guy account in arrears by R5400 and it takes 24 hours to clear. I did phone courier guy, no such account exist. Then i will be able to track with a new legible slip. By thursday sorry no i will send it with a driver. And no, you may not send your own courier for pickup i was told! Then the tall stories about the driver Frank delivering to Polokwane starting. Next excuse and next excuse. Franks car has broken he will leave by 16:00. Many many false promises and lies. I started to demand my refund. By thursday 06 June 2024 after demanding a proof of payment from the so called 'accountant', i received an sms from ++++. Immediately traced on FNB, does not exist. Phoned ABSA no incoming payments. Excuse upon excuse - it takes two business days, no surprise it is now business days and no money refunded. Opened a ABSA case and police case on Monday 10 June 2024. Case nr ++++ in Lydenburg. If you have had a similar exprience please phone the Burgersfort Police station or make contact with me. There was another unhappy client that reported on Hellopeter but the review was deleted for some reason. if only the review was published i could have been warned. I also contacted Hellopeter and they removed all reviews that could not be confirmed, that was 20 reviews and is now only 4. Today 12 June 2024 almost a month , no payment. I have evidence of all of the above and have been submitted to ABSA ***** and SAPS.</div>
