Worst experience ever!

Unacceptable quality. Poor responsiveness to customer complaints. Makes promises which are not met. When there is an emergency, she is not easily contactable, especially on weekends. Deal with this business at your peril. Incurred significant losses resolving supplier's issues at our own cost, since she never made sufficient efforts to resolve the issues of our client, and refused to reimburse on the sub-standard goods that were provided despite her promises of quality and luxury.
