MANIPULATIVE & ********** COMPANY!!!

On Monday 5 June 2017, one of ZEDCHEMZ (SHESHA TRADING / ZID-TAL TELE COMMUNICATIONS) sales consultants phoned me on the completion of a survey (WHICH SURVEY I DO NOT KNOW, BECAUSE I KNOW FOR A FACT THAT I DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN ANYTHING THAT HAS TO DO WITH SURVEYS OR GIVING FEEDBACK), and he said that he will be sending me a gift voucher along with Handy Andy Multipurpose Cleaner which costs R99.00 per litre which will make up 25 litres if diluted with water.

ZEDCHEMZ (SHESHA TRADING / ZID-TAL TELE COMMUNICATIONS) consultant did not tell me how many litres of Handy Andy Multipurpose Cleaner he was going to send me, so I assumed that he was going to send me only one litre and therefore I agreed.

On 15 June 2017, I received a 25 litre Handy Andy Multipurpose Cleaner BARREL which I did not order.

I spoke to Kaylor, the accounts manager/operations manager (SHESHA TRADING'S / ZID-TAL TELE COMMUNICATIONS staff do not specify their position in the company) on the phone, she was extremely rude and impolite, she gave me very bad customer service. Kaylor then handed over my account to Sne, who promised to send me 5 litres of Handy Andy Multipurpose Cleaner for R565.00. I told Sne that I am in Cape Town, I am not in Johannesburg but she said that she will pay for the 5 litres and I have to pay for 5 litres, and that she will make sure that I get my 5 litre of Handy Andy Multipurpose Cleaner even if I am in Cape Town.

I paid R565.00 over two months and now Sne is saying that the R565.00 was only for convincing the managers, and since I live in Cape Town they cannot send me 5 litres which I have already paid for.

Sne also said that I can close this account which was opened under a very big misconception. The cancellation fee is over R565.00 but because R565.00 is what I already paid she will convince the managers to close this account at the cost of R565.00, and I will just have to pay for the courier to send the 25 litres back to the company. Sne was supposed to send me the company's postal address on 01 September 2017 as promised but she did not send me any email or even phone me so that is why I phoned Sne on 12 September 2017 and she said that I will have to pay R130.00 more just to close the account. I then asked Sne to give me their regional managers email address which she did not want to give at first, but then being very reluctant, gave it to me, only to find out that it was a **** email address.

On 13 September 2017, someone by the name of USHA phoned me, she said she was ZEDCHEMZ (SHESHA TRADING / ZID-TAL TELE COMMUNICATIONS) regional manager but I could not speak to her that day.

Only to find out on 27 September 2017 that their is no regional manager at ZEDCHEMZ (SHESHA TRADING / ZID-TAL TELE COMMUNICATIONS) by the name of USHA.

Today, 27 September 2017, Kaylor phoned me again saying that I have to pay R1128.00 for 10 litres otherwise she will hand over this account to her attorneys.

I have read 2014 and 2015's reviews on Facebook and HelloPeter, back in the days this company was only dealing with Printer Cartridges and Toners but now they have started another company under the SHESHA TRADING / ZID-TAL TELE COMMUNICATIONS group called ZEDCHEMZ, who phones customers telling them that the company wants to send them a gift card because they participated in a survey, and that the company is going to send them a SAMPLE of the chemicals which will cost R99.00 per litre but then sends the customers huge quantity's of chemicals which the customers are forced to pay, although it was not ordered by the customer.

GUYS, BE AWARE!!!!...... DON'T EVER ACCEPT ANY GIFT CARDS OR ANYTHING ELSE FOR FREE FROM ZEDCHEMZ / SHESHA TRADING / ZID-TAL TELE COMMUNICATIONS. THIS IS A ********** COMPANY, THEY FORCE CUSTOMERS TO PAY FOR THINGS THAT THEY DID NOT EVEN ORDER, AND TO TOP IT ALL, ZEDCHEMZ / SHESHA TRADING / ZID-TAL TELE COMMUNICATIONSTHIS GIVES THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!.... THEIR STAFF MEMBERS ARE EXTREMELY RUDE AND IMPOLITE.
