Manipulative Company

One of their sales reps phoned me and offer me a toner cartridge that was going to give me twice the yield of an original one. The price for the unit was almost double the price of an original. I told them I will try it out as a test. It gave me the same yield as an original. I complained about this and they said that they will send somebody out to come and collect the unit so that they can test it. The next moment two more toners were delivered. I phoned them and said that I did not order more units and only logged a complaint. They now all of a sudden told me that it is a 3 toner deal. I told her that this was never mentioned to me. She then said to me that I should have known this as this was their policy. I told her that they contacted me and I don't know their policies and they must inform me about their policies before they can do this. I did not agree to a 3 toner deal. She then tried her luck by offering me a discount on a second unit. The price of the second unit was more than the price of an original unit. I told her that I am not interested, I told her I will write off this deal as a bad experience and we leave this at that. She got very aggressive and I ended the call.
