Tried to sell me ink in 2015 told the saleperson I do not want ink they sent it to me anyway, I refused to receive the parcel and it was sent back to them. . In 2 ********** they tried to sell me some cleaning products which again I told them I do not want they sent it to me anyway and again I refused to receive and it was sent back

Now they changed the cleaning product to something cheaper that I MUST buy in order to close the fictional "account" I have with them, told the lady if they send it to me I will refuse to receive and it will again go back to them. . According to the manipulative lady who spoke to me they purchased the previous company who was selling ink and they are not selling cleaning products only, however the company seems to be the same as the ones who were selling ink. .
