**** orders, refusal return

Shesha Trading called my franchise store and asked for the printer model. The manager gave it, however did not place an order for it. The cartidges were sent, we called for a return with no response. They called my store demanding payment, we have refused to pay, and told them to pick up the cartridges. This is a **** and should be stopped. They are forcing people to pay for items that were not ordered.
