Cartrdiges sent when not ordered by order staff

Shesha trading made many calls to our staff, who on many occasions said she has no authority to place orders without permission from the manager and if we need to order, we will call them. Then a call came through saying an order had been placed, and were confirming the delivery, upon which, one of our lady said that IF THE ORDER HAD BEEN PLACED, that would be fine. The cartridges were delivered, and immediately we made a call for them to collect the cartridges, as we had not ordered them, and they were extremely expensive, and we do NOT use compatibles. Many calls later, asking them to collect the cartridges a staff member returned my call and says they do not take returns. We are not their client and use our own supplier for consumables. This is shocking and very very unprofessional .
