Cant believe this company is still open

how can a company harass a person for payment for something they DIDN'T order??? it was being sent to me to \test"their product and if i didnt like it i could return it.. emailed them to collect their product countless times and its still lying on my floor!!!! Now they want to harass me by constant rude phone calls. Carte blanche should do a story on them and expose them for the con artists they are!! Any one else have a problem with them"
