bad bad service refuse to call back

my son was newly appointed manager at Scooters and had buying authorises, he was given a cold call from Shesha to purchase cartridges, he unknowly made a decision to purchase the cartridge but it was not needed so we decided to return it , I have made several calls regarding the returns but no one was able to help me, if any one is experiencing this problem welcome to the club
