Terrible Service

Hey guys, I must admit I love your store. I've been buying loads of shoes in the century city branch since u guys opened. I have to admit your online store sucks though. I've ordered a pair of shoes about a week ago, I received a message saying that my shoes will be here in 5 days. I've followed up with your department asking when they will arrive, a lady assured me it will be here before eid this Wednesday and told me they have shipped it already. I just followed up and called again and now you guys are saying it wasn't shipped? Not sure why you guys would say something when you know it isn't true. This is the 3rd time it happens online. I've also ordered heelys for my daughter and waited for almost a month, only to find out the heelys is actually also part of your Shesha group. Sad to say but I think my journey with you guys are over as this is not the first time.
