TERMS AND CONDITIONS REGARDING CASH REFUND!!!

I went into the store and bought two men shorts fitting room was full so I paid for it and went to fit it at the public toilets, took about 10min and I then discover that it was to big so I wanted a cash refund. They then show me the fine print and said that they can only refund us with a credit note and not the cash. I would not have taken it if I had to fit it .on in their shop. They should have more fitting rooms then one would not go to fit in public toilets. I want my money back..This purchase was made on the 20th Dec. <br>
