Still no refund.

I bought sneakers from the Shesha online store around the 22nd of March. On the 25th they sent an email stating that the shoes were dirty and they couldn't deliver as it was the last size. I requested for a refund as they were meant for my graduation. I have not received my refund and the graduation is tomorrow on the 1st of April. I cannot get through their contact center. Shesha Online store has a terrible service.
