SHESHA SANDTON CITY

I went to Shesha - Sandton City over the weekend to go and get a refund on my lay-buy as i had decided to not take the sneaker anymore, I wanted a refund and I was told that it was not possible.

I had asked the employee to get me the manager because as per their till slip , the terms state that 30% will be deducted from the deposit of the lay-buy if it is cancelled. To my understanding it is the company’s duty to abide by what they have on their terms & conditions and honor it.

If this “rule” has changed it is also their responsibility to make the necessary amendments on their receipts so that customers are made aware. I am absolutely beyond annoyed with how the manager handled the situation in such a nonchalant manner and seems extremely unbothered. I had also asked him why this has not been changed on the receipt and he could not answer me .

I hope this can be rectified by higher up management because clearly the staff is not equipped with the knowledge and information to provide their customers and also demand that I GET my refund because that is what your policy says!
