Shesha my R3500 sneaker nightmare

What bad customer service this brand has. Brought a pair of Jordan proto max by them wore it seven times then occationally & then found a defect on them. Sneakers still in imacculate condition but when I approached them with my defective claim they simply brushed me off never showed me any paper work of how they went about assessing my defective sneakers. Sneakers was with them for a whole 3 months I had to hunt them down for info & updates. They never even contacted the manufacturer which is Nike. I pointed out to them Nike has a 2year manufacturer defective warranty and as a authorized dealer they are supposed to to help me with they procedure cause I did by from them. They just gave me poor service. Very very dissatisfied and frustrated with how a autherized dealer don't honour the manufacturer warranty. I'v
