SHESHA LIFESTYLE IS A ****, DON'T ORDER ONLINE

It almost a month now without my parcel I ordered and paid for. Naledi and Bradley Sass sent one email to confirm the order, I have been sending email regarding the my order they just open them and ignore them. When I track the order it still says processing. According to them on their first and last email it means they have not yet dispatched the order.
