Shesha lifestyle extremely poor service.

Absolutely horrible experience. I ordered some footwear online and paid for it via EFT. They advised that there would be a delay with the delivery because they had to have the item delivered to their depot. A few days later they send me another email stating that unfortunately the item I bought is sold out and they not sure how I was able to purchase it. They gave me 2 options. Take something of the same value or get a refund. I chose to get a refund. They advised that refunds department does online refunds on Tueday and Thursday and they would notify me once payment was completed. It's been 6 days since that last email and I have received no refund of my money, that they have might I add for absolutely nothing. I didn't receive anything from This store whatsoever and they have my money for over 2 weeks now.
