Shesha a disgrace

Worst experience ever. Zola from the Rosebank store soled me shoes 6 days ago. I paid full price for the shoes, they were not on sale. He didn’t mention the “no refund” policy it is written on a tiny sign facing the opposite direction from the till. I have returned the shoes unworn and even though I used my hard earned cash to buy the shoes it seems I am unable to get my hard earned cash back after re assessing my purchase at home. I will never shop at Shesha again, I would prefer to shop at a store that values a customers rights. What a disappointment Shesha
