Refund! A disappointed loyal customer

I made an online order on the 28th of July and after a month of no communication I requested a refund on the 9th of September. Till today a month later I still have not received my refund. Every time I call I am told the refund is being processed in a few hours but still nothing. I have been calling for days on end and now my calls are no longer going through. I am quite disappointed with the service as I have been a loyal customer of the store for years.
