I bought sneakers and I wasn’t happy with it so I decided to take them back. To my surprise I was told that they can’t refund me so I have to rather exchange. I was furious but decided to cooperate. Even after forcing myself to buy something else they still came back and told me that they don’t have my size even after calling their sister stores. Now instead of just giving me my money back they still insisted that I find something else in the store to replace it with. Like honestly now I’ve completely ran out of options completely. And they insisting I just pick anyway. I’ve never felt so oppressed in my life. The store really has no customer service at all. I wouldn’t advise anyone to buy from that **** store to save their life!!!!
