PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!

Iam appalled by the service i received from a so called Operational Manager by the name of Sam Matemela if he even does exist, Bought a garment from Shesha Mall of Africa wore it once,after the first wash the colors are fading,went to back the store to return the item,the "Operational" refuse to give me my money back or let alone exchange it,his telling me about a process they have to follow and quite frankly i dont care about the process i want my money or a new item now,i paid +R900 and now i have to in inconvenienced by a rude *********** Manager and his process?
