NEVER LAY-BYE AT SHESHA IT'S A TRAP

Terrible service!!! I lay bye 'd 2 pairs of sneakers then later changed my mind and only wanted to purchase 1 pair and leave another pair but I wasn't allowed to which is madness!! As a consumer I'm allowed to change my mind, yall are making us purchase stuff by force which is wrong. The staff doesn't even inform us that cancelations of laybyes are not allowed. It doesn't say that on the receipt it only states no refunds or exchanges on laybyes, nothing about canceling. Both sneakers are still at the shop I haven't touched them or anything, you should allow cancelations!! I'll try my best to take this matter further and get my money back.
