MR FANI AT SHESHA STORE IN THE GLEN SHOPPING MALL!

I laybyed a shoe from SheSha store on the 29 Januray 2016, a week late I decided that i do not want the shoe any more , I then went to cancell my laybye as they advised that they will not cancell my laybye because they kept the shoe for a months, but a week later i decided that i do not want the shoe anymore. <br> <br> My complaint today is that the manager of the store adv that they will not cancell my laybye and refund me, they advised to pay the shoe off and change the shoe, but i do not want anything from SheSha store anymore.I than asked to manager what is going to happen with my monies, he says that i will have to forfit the monies as this is companies policies, so in other words i lost my money and i did not get anything for the value of my money.<br> <br> Mr Fani also advised that if they are violating my rights that i can do whatever i want to or take them up .<br> <br> I am very dissapointed an with the way the manager spoke to me as he does not satisfy the customers needs. I really feel that my rights has been violated as i am loosing both ways.
