I havent been refunded my money since February

I went to Shesha in Cresta Mall to purchase a pair of sneakers but they were the wrong size and I didn't want them anymore so I returned them to the shop for a refund and this was in February. When I went there for a refund they told me I should wait 10 working days I will have my money in my account and since then I still haven't received my money. The regional manager made false promises. I went to Absa law for help but still I didn't get my money. Shesha I want my Money!!!!!
