Extremely rude staff Fairlands Walk

Never buy at Fairlands Walk Shesha. The staff is extremely rude. A dispute over their refund/return policy led to the manager yelling at me. I asked her to just stop so I can pay and leave but she kept on screaming at me. She said I should rather leave the 4 pairs of shoes and go if I didn't agree with their policy. I wanted to make sure that I could exchange shoes if it didn't fit my father. Although I was wrong in believing the CPA makes provision for 30 days. Shesha still refuses to do refunds even though the CPA does protect the client within 5 days. On their online store it states that they allow returns within 14 days however Fairlands Walk Shesha refuses refunds and only allow exchanges within 7 days. I asked the manager 3 times to just stop the argument so I can pay and go. She insisted that I should rather leave the shoes. The three young employees enjoyed teaming up against me and enjoyed having a go at me. They lost my sale of just under R5000. The manager could have just let the argument go as I asked her nicely to do and could have processed the sale and I would have been on my way out.
