Doubt Shesha staff (Lay-bye)

I opened a lay-bye last month. The receipt says that I will loose 30% of my deposit if the lay-bye is cancelled.

When I wanted to cancel the lay-bye today, the consultant and the supervisor advised that I cannot cancel it.

I referred them to their own docket, they read it with me, but I don’t think they really understand what it actually means.

I’m going to take this further.

I want my money back!
