Disgusting Customer Service

<p>While walking out of the Mall of Africa Shesha store this morning a young lady who works at the store commented about my hair. She was short and not too light in complexion and seemed to be either maning the till or the traffic in and out of the store. </p> <p> </p> <p>After being asked if I had died MY hair myself, I responded politely saying the salon had done it for me. She then sarcastically responded saying that she 'loved' it and had been looking to do the same hair colour and I smiled back. As I was walking out of the store her and the rest of the guys working in the store burst out in laughter. </p> <p> </p> <p>Firsty, this is MY hair and MY appearance has nothing to do with how I ought to be treated as a customer. Secondly, that's not the type of people who you should have in your store because they do not understand the value of customer service. As a potential customer there is no way I will go back to your store. Lastly, I truly am disappointed in the lack of disrespect I was shown as a customer, not only is it pathetic but it's childish and petty! </p> <p> </p> <p>I really am disappointed!</p>
