Disgusted

I Bought shoes at Shesha Online on the 1st of December 2020 the pair was still in stocks, they sent me an email confirming that my order was being processed, I called 2 weeks later to find out about the delay, the online staff member told me that the shoe I had ordered is not available anymore and would I be interested in choosing from the other shoes? I was disgusted by the incompetence and the poor customer service, it's a month later and I'm struggling with getting a refund for my shoes, Shesha online is a **** and I recommend that people not buy from them ANYMORE!!! I know damn well that I WILL NEVER EVER!!! spend my hard earned money at Shesha ever again, could I have someone assist me and the other people who have the same experience with Shesha online please, I want my refund.
