Disappointed in the service at Shesha online

Good Day I ordered the W Converse Chuck 70 Love Graphic Low online yesterday at just before 12 midday. Order# ********** 88 The order was successful and my account debited with the amount of R1499.99. I then received an email at 17:43 later that evening which I read this morning when I got to the office stating that it was sold out. I then called shesha after reading the email and was told that someone had purchased all the stock available. The person on the phone advised me that refunds are only processed on Monday’s Wednesday’s. My problem is that between 12 – 6pm when I was told that the sneakers were sold out, why was I not called and told and also asked for my banking details as it was a Wednesday when refunds take place? I now need to purchase the sneakers elsewhere and receiving a refund after Monday next week will not do. I get that my R1500 does not amount to the thousands you received from whoever purchased all the sneakers, however is this how you treat your customers?
