Bad service order now and delivery after 10 years

So i placed my order on the 25 last week and delivery is supposed to be made today but I still get excuses from shesha ...this is supposed to be a gift but now the delivery will be done tomorrow this was more than 5 days as their website states that delivery is from 2 to 5 working days ...they don’t keep their promises at all I will never even bother using their online website ever again
