Bad service

Shesha online shopping is one of the baddest,since i ordered my sneaker on the 15 of december i have not received it to date,they keep on telling me stories.please noone should use this plartform.i actually wanted the sneaker for my little brother for christmas but i havent got the sneaker even today....such bad service...client service is bad
