Bad customer services

I am really disappointed by the service I've received from Shesha Lifestyle online team. I ordered and paid for a pair of sneakers which was apparently sold out and they came back to me when they had stock of this pair of sneakers. I bought the pair of sneakers on the 1st of December and 15 days later I haven't received a tracking number or anything. Naledi Kekana sent me an email to let me know that they now have stock and that if I made payment the sneakers would be shipped out on Friday the 4th of December. I sent an email on Thursday the 10th of December and Naledi didn't get back to me with an update.
