Bad customer service.

Worst experience ever. I've been a loyal customer since I started buying there, I buy cash all times, only time I did layby once which didn't even take a month to pay out. Was there today to pay out my layby.Was restricted to fit before paying out, they forced me to pay even when I reminded them that when I came to buy it was 17:45 and they were tired already wanting to close so there wasn't enough time to fit. All that they care about is money. Two males there which one is the supervisor have bad customer service yet they do exceptional favours to their people. I understand there are rules they follow but the survice I got today, having to argue first before assisted. I have a track pants which I payed but dnt know if it fit or what. I don't know maybe it's bcz I refuse to buy them a drink after my last shopping which was the day I made layby after I bought cash as always. IL never go back to SHESHA East gate. They very rude n the force you for ur money. Management if u read this plz be free to reach me since I can't explain the whole bad experience here.
