7 days exchange

I bought tekkies at shesha mall of africa on the 3rd of Nov couple of days later washed them and the colour came off returned them before 7days and they told me they are taking the shoes for quality as*****t i mst wait 14days for them to call me couse the shoes are a defect how is that my problem why must i wait 14days for shoes when i was promised 7day exchange now i called the head office they keep telling me that they will call me the lady by the name of casmier and till now her boss hasnt called me.I personally feel as if shesha has reaped me off and now i have to pay fir thier mistake all i wanted was an exchange .
