Worst customer service ever. Very disappointing.

Bought Nike AF1s worth R2.3K on the 9th of December, online.

It is now the 21st of December and I still haven't received my package.

I tried to contact shesha but I have been unsuccessful. I only got an update from their shipping partner (Fastway) last Friday but the updates I've been receiving (via tracking) are pretty much useless because it has been saying the same thing for the past 2 days.

I'm really disappointed in shesha, I wanted to buy the sneakers at shelf life but for some weird reason I opted for shesha. I regret this everyday.

If this was from a small business I'd understand but shesha is a brand, with shops in major cities.
