Very poor communication and customer service

I ordered sneakers from Shesha online on the 8th of August made payment through Payflex order number *** I still haven't received my sneakers, when you call the number on their website there's no response for the whole day. I even sent an email to *** since I received an email from this email address with the order number but still there's no response
