Unfair Refund Policy

Refuse to refund purchase after deliberating. Hopefully CPA can review their refund policies and enforce fair trade. They are the only business that I know off that refuses to refund your money if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Credit note to purchase replacement is 3months. If you do not use it, your money is gone and benefits them, which is like ***** money . Advise customers to be weary about this before any purchase if CPA approves this policy as fair trade.
