SUPPLIES FACTORY REJECTS

I am not impressed with Shesha. I purchased a pair of sneakers last weekend at The Mall of Africa, I tried on the one pair at the store and naturally assumed that the other one was the exact same - i was wrong. I took the sneakers out of the box last night and THEY ARE DIFFERENT COLORS, the pair that was supp**** to me was a factory reject. But fine, went to Eastgate store (the lady was very helpful) but was told by her manager that they cannot exchange it for another pair there and i have to go back to MIDRAND for the exchange. I work in the south, drove all the way to eastgate only to be told it cannot be exchanged and NOW I HAVE TO DRIVE ALL THE WAY BACK TO MIDRAND BECAUSE THE STORE APPARENTLY SUPPLIES FACTORY REJECTS WITHOUT CHECKING FIRST. Will have spent just as much money on petrol as i did on the sneakers at this rate.
