SHOCKING SERVICE FROM SHESHA LIFESTYLE

I placed an order on the 30th November with Shesha Lifestyle for my hubby's Christmas present

I received notification of my payment and this is where the service ends!

To date, 11th December, I've had absolutely no acknowledgment of my order or when it being delivered

I've tried on numerous occasions to call the given telephone number *** NO ANSWER, emailed numerous times to *** NO REPLY, Left numerous messages on the telephone number NO RESPONSE. On my Shesha profile it keeps saying "processing"

Their service is shocking. If this is how they operate their online service, im never buying from them again.
