Bought a pair of Palladium ankle boots for R2300, got torn at the seams after one wash only a week after purchase. Returned them and told I'd have to buy something else for the price. Tried and failed twice. Requested a refund to no avail. Now they have a buy 1 get 1 free sale. Went in for puma hoodies and tees to use my 'credit' on . Turns out the free item can't be the same as the one you buy, must be cheaper. Ended up owing THEM R300. I came back empty handed and ready to take them on legally.
