SHESHA IS THE WORST!

Good day, I am disgusted by the level of service provided by such a nationwide business!! I ordered a pair of sneakers online as the sneakers showed available. I then added it to my cart and went ahead with the order, I even received an email stating the order has been placed etc. NOW , i receive an email from SHESHA lifestyle sales team stating that they are out of stock, mind you that I have already made my payment for the item. NOW they discover that they are out of stock and they cannot seem to understand how it was available online but none of their stores had in stock. WHAT IS WORSE IS THAT I NOW HAVE TO WAIT 5-10 WORKING DAYS FOR MY MONEY THANKS TO THEIR **** UP!!!! i will never do business with this place again honestly because their competency level is putrid!!
