Refund Policy

I am very disappointed with the return policy of Shesha. They are the only that does not refund your money if you not happy with your purchase and give you a credit voucher. Not sure if this is legal and will pursue it Consumer Protection Services to see if this is compliant and a fair to the public. I advise public to make sure at their stores when buying anything that they are 100% sure of their purchase or else their money is gone as it will not be refunded. They have no consumer service to deal with these situations as well. I suggest that don’t buy from them unless you are sure that you will not return it. Will inform the response from CPA if this is a fair to customers. Just don’t buy from them, use other competitors to have peace of mind.
