Poor service

I bought a few caps before Christmas. I wanted to exchange one of them. I was advised that it will be sorted out within the next week, she never happened. I tried to call for many days, there was no response. On the 3/01/22, I managed to get through. Spoke to a lady by the name of Verushka. She arranged the collection of the cap I wanted to exchange, however since than I’ve heard nothing. I’ve tried to call on several occasions, no answer. I sent a WhatsApp message and a message on the website and up to know, still no update. I’m tired of making calls etc. I paid for this and I wanted it to be sorted out. I would never buy from their online shop again
