Harassment and Bullying at the Cresta store

My son of 18 years went to purchase a cap at Shesha Cresta, when he got home he realised it was not the right size, and returned it a few days later to the same store. He was bul**** and intimidated by the guy named Sauldino. This guy swore and shouted at him as he thought he did not understand an African language while mocking him infront of his colleagues. I asked my son to handover the phone to this guy he then made a remark as he hands the phone to Fifi the manager ''this small boy has called his mother on us'' laughing about it, still in an African language. I took it up with the store manager as I told her that I did hear that remark. This boy continued bullying my son and calling him names. This is totally unacceptable for my son to be belittled and intimidated when he was only trying to get assistance. This guy must be dealt with as this is against my sons humans rights to be harrassed like that. I will not tolerate such humiliation this is a total disgrace.
