1st time buyer, received bad service

Bought sneakers on the 17th of November 2021, on the site product still shows processing, made a call to the centre a lady told there was delay and would call me tomorrow... Even today i am still waiting for her to call. Its exactly 2 weeks later and still have not received the order, sent emails, twitts and call centre is not answering any calls. I am first time buyer and this will be the last time i am ever buying anything from this site. The sevice is despicable.I feel like i have ordered stiff from wish.com but um sure it may take 2 months to deliver but they still deliver.
