Thanks for taking my best friend

I have just lost my best friend because of your practice. I brought my boy into the practice as he was panting and struggling to breathe, I had nowhere else to go, "DR" Goosen diagnosed that he had a sore back and he was breathing awkwardly as he was in pain. We soon realized he was wrong when at night Rustys breathing got way worse and his tounge was turning blue, with the practice ofcourse not having an emergency service and curfew, I had no help and all I could do was stay up all night to try get him through. I rushed him to Craigview the next morning and the correctly diagnosed that he in fact had pneumonia and fluid build up in his lungs. Unfortunately it was too little too late and Rusty passed away soon after, for you guys it was just another paycheck but for me , it was my best friend, I am absolutely heartbroken.
