Absolutely Rude Management

I am absolutely appalled at the way that management treats people. Because of one sour lady who doesn't like my sons piano playing, Management comes to my mother in law and tells her to leave! While she is drinking tea at the restaurant, this is a unacceptable way to treat customers!!

Everyone who we have seen there always says how amazing he is etc. If you have an issue with him playing rather ask him to book a time and treat a customer with care...

I will NEVER go here again unless there is a FORMAL apology to this treatmwnt and the people are taken on about this!!

My mother in Law is very upset and so would I be. Our family have been coming here for ages but this os giving us a VERY sour taste!
