Blinds

The worst service I have ever encountered. After waiting an additional week for our blinds, the blinds (Sheerweave) is completely see-through at night, without being informed and only said that you can see a shadow at night when the lights are on. We then asked for a refund or replacement on the blinds and they didn't want to assist.. Couldn't even rate one star.....
