Worst customer service

They do not even deserve the one star, their service is horrible, they do not answer their phone, email and or whatsapp, when they do, they blue tick you. I had a bought a voucher from Hyperli for a couples massage, 1st email went unanswered, calls not picked up, Whatsapp was told the dates was requesting were not available as they would be moving, called after so called moving date, no answer and when I finally got hold of them on WhatsApp was told my voucher could not be redeemed as it has expired. And their page say they operate from Wednesday to Sunday but they don't open on Sundays.
